On our arrival at The Cruin on the 29th December 2013, with the rain falling as it had been for days, the last thing we expected was an outdoor ceremony. However, the rain stopped, the sun came out, and Loch Lomond provided a spectacular backdrop to a wonderful day.
It may have been a little cold, but nothing could take away from what was a beautiful ceremony, and the setting was simply stunning. Calum & Stephanie had decided to incorporate their beautiful dog Heidi in to their wedding ceremony and It was great to see her perform the duties as ring bearer!
We couldn’t resist using the stunning backdrop of the Loch and so after a quick glass of champagne by the heat of the fire we headed back outdoors for the family shots before heading down to the pier!
It was then back into the heat of the venue for the speeches and wedding breakfast before the band started at evening entertainment began!
A truly wonderful day!
Congratulations again to the new Mr & Mrs Stevens
